Very, very nice staff, I felt safe!
I appreciated the hotel. The location was particularly good, nearby an underground station, so it was really easy to travel around. You could walk to a bakery and supermarkets. There was a great selection of bakeries and restaurants to choose from...

The staff was very nice. the room was spacious and had all the necessities, including a washer/dryer. the shower, hairdryer, and complimentary toiletries were very handy. the hotel was close to Madrid, many restaurants, bars, shops, and Porto Santa Maria.

The apartment was quiet and well-equipped with extra blankets and towels. The check-in and check-out process was quick and easy. The staff was available 24/7 and very helpful. highly recommended!

The location was great, just a few steps away from everywhere we wanted to go. San Bernardo subway station could be reached within a 5-minute walk. The room we had included a fridge, a dining area, and a sitting area.

We loved our stay at Smartrental Gran Via Apartments! Our purpose was to explore the city and the location was perfect, with shops and supermarkets within walking distance. The apartment was brand new and spotless, providing lots of space for us. The kitchen was equipped with top-of-the-line appliances and the beds were very comfortable. The showers were great and the air-conditioning kept us cool during the hot weather. We will definitely return to this place soon!
